History Class: Islam in the Americas. Hidden Histories, Living Faith.
This month of July, the Nana Asmau Project partners with the One Ummah Center to make the history of Islam in the Americas accessible to the public in Metro Atlanta . Through a 4 session series, we will explore the history of African Muslims in the Americas and their resilience to practice Islam despite being enslaved.
